Member privacy and service notice

REBUILD 40 is provided by Men’s Mission Australia for men aged 18 or older in Australia. We store your account profile, date of birth, service acknowledgement and saved REBUILD data to provide your account and journey.

Reflections, plans and any optional safe-person number are linked to your signed-in account. Reflections are not monitored for emergencies or sent to a mentor or feedback queue. REBUILD 40 offers practical encouragement, not medical care, counselling or an emergency service.

You can export your saved data, delete your active REBUILD journey, or close your app account through My account. Removing the sign-in account is a separate owner-assisted step; contact support@mensmissionaustralia.org to request it. The app does not send that request automatically.

Joining REBUILD does not subscribe you to Mission Updates or consent to Insights processing. Any future Insights choice will be separate for each reflection and off by default.

Your account and choices

Journey deletion removes your active progress, reflections, plans and movement history. Your Men’s Mission login and member access remain. Export first if you want a copy. This cannot be undone here.

Closing your app account removes its active profile, journey and recovery data and closes app access. Removing the sign-in account is a separate owner-assisted request to support@mensmissionaustralia.org. No email is sent automatically. Deletion of active app data does not guarantee immediate removal from provider backups or operational logs. Minimal identity and operation records remain to prevent closed or deleted data being restored.

Inactivity and current limits

The inactivity policy calls for action after 24 months without meaningful app use, with at least 30 days after verified notice delivery. Automatic inactivity cleanup and notice emails are not enabled. You can export your data or choose journey or account deletion yourself. App reminders and payments are not enabled.

This notice applies to the signed-in member service alongside the website privacy policy and website terms.
