This draft is for the current website only. Operator details, actual information-handling practices and legal review must be completed before public launch. It is not a certification of compliance.
Scope and operator
These proposed terms concern the Men’s Mission Australia information website. They are not yet adopted contractual terms. The operator is Men’s Mission Australia, contactable at support@mensmissionaustralia.org. The free signed-in REBUILD member service is also covered by its service and privacy notice. Purchases and paid services are not provided by that service.
Audience and service limits
The mission’s rebuilding pathways are intended for adults aged 18 and over. Public emergency information may be read by anyone. The site offers general educational and Christian material, not a professional-client relationship, emergency response, clinical treatment, legal representation or financial advice. Read the disclaimers and safeguarding guidance.
Respectful and lawful use
Do not use the site or contact channels for threats, harassment, impersonation, unlawful material, exploitation, spam, unauthorised access or disclosure of another person’s private information. We may decline or stop abusive correspondence and take proportionate steps to protect the service. Reporting concerns in good faith is welcome.
Resources and intellectual property
You may share links to public pages. Unless an individual resource states otherwise, the proposed permission for original mission content is personal, non-commercial reading and printing with attribution intact. Republishing complete resources, selling them, adapting them for distribution or using the brand to imply endorsement requires prior written permission. This does not limit uses permitted by law. Third-party images, Scripture translations and linked material remain subject to their own rights.
Stories and correspondence
Sending an email does not give the mission a blanket right to publish your story. Any testimonial, identifiable account, photograph or quotation needs a separate permission process covering what will appear and where. Do not send material you are not entitled to share.
Support and future purchases
No payment is processed on the current site. Support buttons open an email enquiry; selecting one does not create a subscription or authorise a charge. No tax-deductibility claim is made. Before payments begin, the recipient, currency, payment provider, recurring frequency, cancellation method and refund process must be disclosed clearly. Books or other products will need purchase-specific terms before sale.
Supporting the mission does not buy priority crisis support, personal access or a guaranteed result. Free help must not depend on financial giving or agreement with our beliefs.
Accuracy, availability and external services
Content and links may change, and the site may be unavailable. Check time-sensitive information with its original provider. Linking to a church, organisation or professional is not a guarantee of its suitability, safety or services. A provider is responsible for its own services; this does not remove any responsibility the mission has under law.
Your legal rights
Nothing in these proposed terms excludes rights, guarantees or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable Australian Consumer Law protections. There is no blanket waiver of liability for negligence or unsafe conduct. A qualified Australian lawyer should review any proposed liability provisions before adoption.

Concerns and changes
Please raise website concerns by email. You remain free to approach relevant regulators or seek independent advice. The final governing-law and dispute provisions require review once the operator is confirmed. Updated terms should be dated and material changes explained; a website edit does not retrospectively rewrite an existing purchase or remove accrued rights.
